What is Small Group Personal Training?

Simply put, this is where a personal trainer works with a small group of no more than 6 people and runs a session that can be personalised to the individual needs of each client. Programs are well designed, progress over time and can be adjusted to each person based on their limitations, injuries or training level.

Even more simply, it’s just like 1 on 1 personal training but there are a few more people, its way cheaper, you will get greater progress as you will have more sessions for your money and have supportive like-minded people to train with.
