What does the training look like?

Training is offered in 4 week blocks.

You will have access to 3 SGPT sessions per week, that's 12 Small Group Personal Training Sessions over the 4-week block.

These sessions are full body work outs and are tailored to hit all necessary components of fitness throughout our training cycles – strength, power, muscle growth, mobility, cardiovascular fitness are all covered.

Why full body work outs?

If for any reason you miss a session (life can get in the way) all is not lost. You will still have had two effective full body sessions that week and can jump straight back into the full 3 sessions the following week – consistency over perfection is key!

The Process

What Does The Training Week Look Like?

You choose when you train! Choose your day, pick your time slot and book in for the week using our simple and easy to use booking system. Plan ahead and book in with friends, train around your work and family commitments. Make your sessions fit your diary - training should improve not consume your life - make it work for you!

We run 3 sessions per week:

SESSION A – Run on Monday and Tuesday

SESSION B – Run on Wednesday and Thursday

SESSION C – Run on Friday and Saturday

 

Each day the sessions will be available at the following times slots:

Early Risers – 6:00-6:55 am

Breakfast club – 7:00-7:55 am

Mid-morning matters – 9:30-10:25 am

Early Evening – 6:00 – 6:55 pm

*More sessions will be added as our client base grows.

How Do I Get Started?

Follow these simple steps to start your journey……

  • Book a short discovery call where I can answer any questions you may have and we can arrange a formal consultation at the facility. To book your call, email us now at info@valleyactiv.co.uk

 

  • Free consultation session. Come along to our bespoke SGPT facility in Sidmouth where you have an in person consultation and will be able to have a look around and try out a short 1 on 1 session.

 

  • Sign up for your RISK FREE first 4-week block of training. Why is it risk free? If at any point during or at the end of the 4 weeks you are not happy and do not want to continue training with us, you will get a full refund.

 

  • Once you’ve signed up for your block of training  you have control of when you book your sessions. Book on utilising our easy to use booking platform. You're almost ready to start.....

 

  • Turn up to your sessions and we do the rest… Well sort of!!!  You still have to put in the work, but all planning and preparation is taken care of for you. Over the weeks and months watch your progress take off…..
