Based at Alexandria Industrial Estate, the facility provides a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for all ages and ability levels. The facility provides high quality equipment and a service to match, planned and delivered by qualified and experienced coaches who have your goals and needs at the heart of everything we do.

Who is SGPT for?

In short, anyone!

No matter your age, current fitness level, injury history or experience with training, SGPT is for you. Whilst each session will follow a similar framework for all clients present, your session will be adjusted for your personal needs. This allows us to meet you where you are now and coach you at a level suitable for your current needs. Overtime we will progress your sessions and as your journey continues you will see those improvements soar.
